REI will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the
security, confidentiality and integrity of all Customer Content
and other proprietary information transmitted through or included
on the MemberElink System, including, without limitation,
providing:
(i) adequate firewall protection to secure such Content and
other proprietary information stored on REI’s web server
from unauthorized access by third parties;
(ii) maintenance of independent archival and backup copies
of the Content;
(iii) protection from any network attack and other malicious
harmful or disabling data, work, code or program.
REI shall promptly notify Customer of any security breaches
or potential security problems of which it becomes aware.
