There is a $20 monthly fee to have the merchant account feature enabled for your MemberElink system using our preferred service provider, PayPal, a global leader in online payment solutions with 64 million account members worldwide. If you would like to use your own credit card merchant account for processing payments, rather than our preferred merchant account, we will create a connection between your Internet gateway supported by your credit card merchant account and MemberElink. Please contact the MemberElink Customer Care Team for more information; additional setup fees may be included for this integration.

* Technical support beyond the free service period will be charged in increments of one hour at the rate of $60.00/hour.

** Hourly development costs for any enhancements and add-on features beyond the applicable free allocation of hours will be charged at a rate of $75.00 per hour.
